Sample Daily Menu
Morning Snack
Sliced apples with almond butter (or sunflower seed butter)
Whole-grain crackers & cheese cubes
Water or milk
Lunch
Main: Baked chicken tenders, quinoa, roasted sweet potatoes
Sides: Steamed broccoli & cucumber slices
Dessert: Yogurt with berries
Afternoon Snack
Hummus with carrot sticks & whole-wheat pita
Banana “sushi” (banana rolled in oats & honey)
